Thank you for your purchase. Sheepskins are a natural product from animals and therefore each skin will have variations of wool, size, markings, color, hair length and coverage. Embrace the variation - your sheepskin is truly one of a kind!

We make every effort to ensure that our products are fairly described, that the product information is correct, and that colors are displayed as accurately as possible. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. The time it takes for refunds to complete is contingent on your credit card company or bank.
